REGISTRATION APPLICATION

• Children must be 3 years of age for the Early Years Program or 4 years old for the Kindergarten Readiness Program on or before December 31 of the year of enrollment
• PRE-REGISTRATION is available only to siblings of former students of Southdale Nursery School
• All children must be fully toilet trained
• Children from any area of the City of Winnipeg or surroudning areas may attend
• Reserving a space is not permitted
• **Please note, registration for our program is NOT complete until the registration form has been approved and accepted by the school director. Completion of the nursery school registration form does not guarantee a spot in the program.

PROGRAM FEES
Fees are based on the number of days of enrolment each year.  This amount changes slightly every year and therefore will be updated on the newest registration forms available through e-mail or at the Nursery School.

With fundraising expectations throughout the year.

A non-refundable deposit is due at the time of registration, with the balance payable by options A or B stated below, and due at the time of registration.

A. Paid in full by cheque or e-transfer by Sept 1st of the school year
B. Two separate equal payments Due September 1 and December 1

**Please note:  A $20.00 service fee will be charged for NSF payments.**

FUNDRAISING
Fundraising is an important part of our Nursery School program.  Parent fees and government grant money cover staff salaries and some program expenses.  Any fundraising monies are used for program enhancements.  The Nursery School organizes two - three fundraisers per year, depending on government funding and the current financial situation. A cheque in lieu of fundraising option is available, amount to be determined at a later date.

REFUND POLICY

The administration fee included in the program registration fee of $100.00 is NONREFUNDABLE.

Parents must provide a 30 day written Notice of Intent to withdraw the child from the program and are responsible for any fees that are due during that time period.

Refunds of the registration fee (admin fee and fees) will NOT be given if the student is withdrawn from program with 14 or less days to session start date

No refunds will be issued after February 1 of the school year

Fees due after Notice of Intent to Withdraw has been given will be calculated according to the number of days the child will attend (a minimum of 30 days).

Parents are responsible for any fees not covered by the Daycare Office after withdrawal notice.

All refund decisions are at the discretion of the Board of Directors

* Southdale Nursery School is located in Southdale, however we are open to children from all areas of the City of Winnipeg, including but not limited to: Windsor Park, Royalwood, Southland Park, Sage Creek, Island Lakes and St. Vital.
